By using VelloGo you agree to these terms. VelloGo is a personal companion app for parents and guardians. It is not intended for use by children.
VelloGo stores the information you enter on this device only. There is no VelloGo account and no VelloGo server. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping the device secure.
Optional paid features are sold as VelloGo+ through Apple's In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple Account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Prices shown in the app are set by Apple for your storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Because there is no VelloGo account, purchases are tied to your Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases on a new device signed into the same Apple Account.
You can export a backup or erase all data from Settings at any time. Deleting the app removes the on-device store. Exported backup files contain personal information about children — treat them like any other private document.
Use VelloGo only for lawful personal family organisation. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app.
VelloGo is an organisational tool, not a medical, educational, or financial advisor. Medication reminders and health fields are aids only; always follow professional medical advice. The app is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions made from information stored in it.
Paid digital content is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
