VelloGo helps parents keep track of their children's school life, health, activities, and spending. Because this app handles information about children, it is built so that information never has to leave your iPhone.
Everything you enter — child profiles, homework, grades, health records, contacts, and money — is stored only on this device, using Apple's SwiftData framework. VelloGo has no servers and no accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to and nothing for us to hold.
Nothing. VelloGo contains no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising SDKs. We cannot see your family's data, and it is never sold or shared. The only network activity is Apple's own In-App Purchase system when you buy or restore VelloGo+.
Medication times, homework due dates, and payment reminders are scheduled as local notifications by iOS on this device. No push servers and no notification tokens are involved.
VelloGo+ is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether the subscription is active; we never receive your payment details.
Your data is included in your own encrypted iPhone backup, and you can export a copy at any time from Settings → Export Data. Settings → Erase All Data removes everything from this device permanently. Exported backup files contain personal information — treat them like any other private document.
VelloGo is intended for parents and guardians, not for children. Since no data is transmitted or collected by us, information about a child stays under the control of the adult using the device.
